The program will start with a discovery call where we learn more about you. Coaching can be done either face to face or via phone or online. This is followed by a deep dive into 12 key topics:

  1. We investigate why you want coaching and what you are truly looking for.
  2. Using a creative process, we take you to the future and have you look back on your successful life to understand what you have achieved.
  3. We get really clear on the results you want to achieve and what it means to you to achieve them.
  4. We clarify the results you are looking for so that they become tangible and achievable.
  5. We understand your habits and identify the things that are getting in the way.
  6. We delve deep into your values so that you can focus on what you love.
  7. We delve even further into your values and what truly drives you.
  8. We understand and release any limiting beliefs and internal stories that are holding you back.
  9. We delve into your unconscious mind so that we can use it to propel you forward.
  10. We start planning for the actions that you need to take to achieve your goals.
  11. We focus on implementation.
  12. We keep refining and developing your action plans so that you can continue to achieve your goals and be your best self.

Yes, it is. It requires a commitment by both parties to meet at agreed times and to keep commitments no matter what.
