What is the process?

There are six key steps:

  1. Assessment & customisation – we begin by conducting a discovery session to understand your business, assess your needs, size, and specific requirements. This helps us tailor the services to align with your company’s goals.
  2. Pricing – we discuss and agree flexible pricing options with you. There are two options – retainer or on-demand. All services can be accesssed remotely or on site. Part-time or full-time – whatever you need!
  3. Service agreement – a service agreement is established outlining the scope of work, responsibilities, and expectations. This helps to keep us accountable.
  4. Integration & onboarding – we integrate with the business, getting acquainted with your processes, culture, and systems. This includes setting up communication channels and ensuring a smooth transition.
  5. Ongoing support – commencement of delivery the agreed-upon services on an ongoing basis.
  6. Reporting & communication – regular reporting and communication channels are established to keep you informed about HR activities, metrics, and any critical updates.

How does it work?

There are three options:

  1. Project/consulting – if you have a specific or ad-hoc HR-related need, we can price it for you.
  2. Retainer – we partner with you, work out how much assistance you need and agree on a monthly retainer. We will deliver a full suite of HR services including recruitment (with no placement fees!).
  3. On-demand HR – get billed on a time and materials basis for the HR and/or recruitment work performed.
